Want more leads? Then have at least one of these! Hi I’m Dean Mercado of Online Marketing Muscle and what I’m talking about is called a Lead Magnet. A Lead Magnet. Lead magnet you say?
Essentially it’s any kind of bait that you can put out there that attracts your ideal target market in. For example, there are all kinds of lead magnets you can put out there. A coupon is an example of a very simple lead magnet. A special report, a comparison checklist, a do-it-yourself guide, any kind of bait that your ideal target market might be attracted to. And you can deliver these lead magnets in a variety of different ways. You can have them printed out where it’s a printed brochure of some sort. You can have them delivered electronically via PDF or through an email series. You can have them delivered through video as either an individual video or video series, audio or whatever floats your boat. Whatever works for you, works for your target market. The intent though is to make sure that you have at least one of these lead magnets in place to make sure that your pipeline is constantly being filled with fresh new leads for you to act upon.
